Fee Schedule for Housecall Vet Services

To save you valuable time, our veterinarian and technician will travel to your home to provide the medical care that your pet needs. Your house call fee depends on the distance traveled and the time of appointment.

We're pleased to accept:

House Call Fee: $65 base + extra mileage

($5 per mile for cities over 10 miles from San Dimas) Please see chart below.
Payment of the $65 House Call Fee (nonrefundable - unless 3 day cancellation is given) is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. We respect your time and know you understand our scheduling commitments to all our patients.

Doctor’s Physical Exam and Consultation Fee: $50 per pet

Acupuncture Consultation Fee: $100

Home Care Vet is based in San Dimas, California. For house calls to cities within 10 miles from San Dimas, the house call fee will be $65. For cities over 10 miles away, $5 per mile will be added to the charge. Please refer to the chart below for the service charge to your city.

SPECIAL OFFER

1. For households with 3 pets or more, we will waive the $65 house call fee. The charge for extra mileage will remain.

2. For households with 5 pets or more, we will waive the $65 house call fee and give 10% discount off all services rendered. Extra mileage charge remains.

3. For households with 10 pets or more, we will waive the $65 house call fee and give 20% discount off all services rendered. Extra mileage charge remains.

Neighbors’ pets are welcome. We encourage families living on the same block to make appointments at the same time. The above mentioned discounts apply to multiple families on the same block with appointments at the same time.
